Sepsis skydive raises hundreds
Laura Pothecary completed the jump to raise money for the UK Sepsis Trust following a close family member’s diagnosis of the infection.

Laura raised the money thanks to donations from friends, family, work colleagues and well wishers.

Sepsis (also known as blood poisoning) is the immune system’s overreaction to an infection or injury.

If not treated immediately, sepsis can result in organ failure and death.
With early diagnosis, it can be treated with antibiotics.
