Another prestigious design award for i360
This follows a triple award win at South East RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Awards earlier this month.
The latest gong was from RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) South East, and judges were: “impressed by the extraordinary innovation and originality demonstrated by this scheme and the heroic collaboration between architect and engineer.”

The awards were presented during a ceremony at Ascot Racecourse hosted by the journalist and broadcaster Rosie Millard.
The British Airways i360 team was represented by Marks Barfield Architects director Ian Crockford, who led the project, and architect Georgina Vizor.
