The following are the latest results contributed by HM Courts Service, for cases sentenced by West Sussex Magistrates’ Court sitting at Worthing and Crawley from June 21 to July 10, 2021.

Alastair McKean, 50, of Beach Road, Selsey, was fined £500 after admitting fraudulently using a registration document, in Selsey Road, Sidlesham, on May 26, 2021. He also admitted driving without the correct licence and without insurance, no separate penalty. His driving record was endorsed with five points.

Andrius Sadauskas, 34, of Town Cross Avenue, Bognor Regis, was given a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, with rehabilitation activity requirement, and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting driving while disqualified in Yapton Road, Yapton, on May 27, 2021. He must pay £128 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and also admitted using a vehicle without insurance, no separate penalty.
