Goodwood Revival: Rainy start fails to dampen spirits
Friday is traditionally a warm-up for the weekend on the track with practice runs for the Goodwood Trophy, Madgwick Cup, Chichester Cup and a host of others all taking place today.
Off the track, an overcast start and some heavy showers failed to deter visitors who have flocked to the event in period costumes.

Hide AdAnd, in the air, the crowds were treated to displays by vintage aircraft. First to arrive was a Supermarine Spitfire and a Mustang P-51D which performed a close aerial display before they were joined by other aircraft to fly over the track.
