Lifeboat launched after woman falls from cliffs

Police officers and the local Coastguard confirmed they were in visual contact with the woman on the beach but were unable to reach her.
Hastings RNLI inshore lifeboat launched at half past midnight and was quickly on scene while the local Coastguard team also made their way along the to the beach.

Hide AdThe woman was assessed and despite falling 10–15 feet was found to have suffered only a minor injury.
It was therefore decided to walk her off of the beach, after which she was passed to the care of the ambulance service, and the lifeboat returned to station.
