LETTER: Ludicrous decision

I cannot believe that a person not even resident in the area can say “yes” to the application for the Rydon houses to be built. It is unconstitutional to do so for a start. Firstly the dangerous area where the railway line has an open crossing. Can you not envisage children going that way even just to investigate the safety of the crossing? More cars in the area when our roads are already crowded.
Not enough room for children, already living in the area to be able to be able to attend local schools. Doctors clinics are already full. And to top it all the flooding which wil arise in the Friars Oak area. It is just a most ridiculous decision.
