Self-help shattered by college outreach closure

I, TOO, am a student at the Chichester College Outreach centre in Littlehampton and am gobsmacked and disappointed that the government seems fit to cut funding to help people like myself find employment.

In fact they have now added to the problem, by making the staff redundant.

I have been attending the college since October, 2009, to retrain to gain IT skills.

The staff have been fantastic and with their help and guidance, I have been working towards qualifications in IT.

They remain professional and I genuinely feel sorry for them to be made redundant in the near future.

I am half-way through a diploma, which has already helped my in my quest to find a new career, by being invited for interviews.

However, now I will not be able to finish this and am unclear of my future plans.
