Who will monitor speed?
IT IS not the first time that an OAP has been knocked down in the St Pancras rat race (leading article, Observer, April 7), neither will it be the last.
Although I agree with the sentiments of the ‘20 is Plenty’ philosophy I am still ask the fundamental question, who would monitor the speed of traffic in and around Chichester?
We already have a 20mph limit within the City Walls but cars regularly exceed that restriction and how many are penalised?
Few, if any!!

Hide AdInterestingly the West Sussex County Council has improved ‘road safety’ by widening pavements, presumable to allow more cyclists to ride fastest on those pavements and also enabling more vehicles to park on them!
