Slinfold captain Guy Thorne praised his hard-working team as they kept up their 100 per cent record and heaped more misery on Wisborough Green.

It was the home side’s third straight victory of the season as they continue to lead the way with Rye, while Wisborough sit at the other end of the spectrum without a win.

It was, however an improved performance from Jamie Self’s side in the derby clash with Thorne admitting it was their toughest game yet.
