Bede’s Director of Cricket Alan Wells said: “Sarah Taylor has been a beacon for women’s cricket for many years now and since joining the coaching team at Bede’s last year she has done an enormous amount to develop cricketing talent and, in particular, to provide inspiration for our aspiring female cricketers.
“To have one of our own coaches competing in the same professional competition as two of our pupils - as well as one of our alumni - will be a truly unique and memorable moment in the school’s cricketing history.”
