Horsham's beloved head gardener hangs up his gloves after 33 years at Roffey Park

The building of the atrium, swimming pool and residential area had only just begun and the neighbouring stud farm owned most of the land that we do now. 33 years later and the one person who has stayed long enough to be a part of these changes, Merv Carne, has decided to hang up his gloves.
